Ensure customers management by guaranteeing the achievement of the assigned turnover, volumes and costs objectives.
Support pre-post sales for technical, logistical and quality problems.
Promote the development of new products and / or new customers.

  1. Achievement of the expected turnover and margins objectives
The task of each Technical Sales is achieving the assigned turnover ad profitability target as well as to identify the corrective measures in case of deviation.
To ensure this objective, the Technical Sales will organize himself for:
  • To manage commercials negotiations
  • To set up the develop of new projects with assigned customers
  • Activate the development of new products based on customers technical requests and carrying out, after coordination with the technical and R&D area, a proactive and improvement role.
  1. Responsibility in all customers
The Technical Sales is the first interlocutor of the customers, with the possibility of intervening in every matter that concerns. These relationships are aimed at both existing and potential customers with the main purpose of developing new sales by promoting products and corporate image.
  1. Management of customer complaints and reports
The Technical sales is responsible for receiving customer complaints and reports. Given that the non-conformities found by customers are followed with the utmost attention, it is the duty of the commercial area to promptly alert all the company departments involved for the solution of problems.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • 28/35 years old
  • Qualification: diploma or degree in technical disciplines
  • Fluent knowledge of English language
  • Previous experience in mechanical sector, in particular in managing commercial relationships with OEMs
  • Relational and organizational skills
  • Availability to stay in the USA at our subsidiary
