We are pleased to announce that Ognibene Power has been awarded the Silver Medal – TOP 15%, specifically ranking among the top 9% of companies rated by EcoVadis globally. This recognition highlights our ongoing commitment to sustainable and responsible practices that positively impact the environment and society.

What is EcoVadis?

Since its foundation in 2007, the EcoVadis platform has been helping companies manage ESG risks and compliance, achieve corporate sustainability goals, and drive large-scale impact by guiding improvements in sustainability performance and value chains. To date, it covers more than 180 countries and has rated over 130,000 firms, becoming one of the largest and most reliable providers of corporate sustainability assessments.

The evaluation method is straightforward: after providing specific company information, EcoVadis assesses the company based on international standards. The result is a scorecard with ratings from 0 to 100 that analyzes company performance across four key areas: Environment, Labor & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement.

EcoVadis’s assessment allows us to monitor our strengths and weaknesses each year, serving as an effective internal monitoring tool.

After receiving its first Silver Medal in 2023, when we were in the 78th percentile, Ognibene Power has demonstrated its ability to improve itself, reaching the 91st percentile in the ranking in 2024.
