Customer service

Job description

We are looking for a Customer Service person to ensure customer service through all activities that do not require specialized intervention directly at the customer’s premises: from preparing quotations to managing the price list, from managing the order fulfillment process to problem-solving activities for any non-conformities.

 

Responsibility:

  • Management of business orders
  • Assistance to the Account Manager in the management of all activities aimed at achieving business objectives and maintaining customer relationships
  • Supervision of customer deliveries
  • Pre-post customer service

 

Requirements:

  • Age: 25/30 years
  • Degree/Diploma in Languages and/or International Trade
  • SAP usage
  • Fluent knowledge of English
  • Appreciated previous experience in metalworking companies
  • Relational and organizational skills
  • The residence in the neighbouring areas of Reggio Emilia is appreciated
  • Travel availability in Italy and abroad
