25 Nov 2024 Grand Opening of Opower Hydraulic Systems (Jiaxing) Co. Ltd.

On November 25, 2024, Opower Hydraulic Systems (Jiaxing) Co. Ltd. celebrated its official grand opening in Jiaxing, marking a significant milestone in the expansion of Ognibene Group. This new state-of-the-art facility is a key part of the company’s global growth strategy, reinforcing its position as a leader in hydraulic systems manufacturing.

The decision to establish the Jiaxing facility was made in 2021, with the company acquiring 35 acres of land to expand its production capabilities. Mr. Claudio Ognibene, President & CEO of Ognibene Group, expressed his confidence in the project, stating: “We aim to make the Jiaxing factory a comprehensive production base integrating manufacturing, engineering, and services, dedicated to providing high-quality products to domestic customers and exporting them worldwide.”

The event was honored by the presence of Mrs. Tiziana D’Angelo, Consul General of Italy in Shanghai, who emphasized the vital support received by Opower Hydraulic Systems (Jiaxing) from the local authorities in Jiaxing. She expressed hopes that, with continued local government support, more Italian companies would invest here and achieve further success.

As a key driver of economic development, the Jiaxing Economic Development Zone has consistently provided optimal conditions and services to support businesses. Since the beginning of the Opower Hydraulic Systems Jiaxing project in December 2021, the zone has facilitated project approvals and resource coordination, ensuring smooth and efficient construction.
