Inps and Ognibene Power together for the “Inps visits companies” initiative

Over 500 employees involved in an event aimed at promoting pension awareness and strengthening the dialogue between institutions and businesses.

Reggio Emilia, May 7, 2025An event was held at the headquarters of Ognibene Power S.p.A. as part of the “Inps Visits Companies” initiative, promoted by the INPS Regional Directorate of Emilia-Romagna and coordinated by the Reggio Emilia provincial office. The initiative involved over 500 employees and aimed to foster collaboration between the local business community and the Italian National Social Security Institute (INPS).

Ognibene Power warmly welcomed the collaboration with INPS and the opportunity offered by this project, which emphasized the value of open and constructive dialogue between institutions and the productive sector.

The “Inps Visits Companies” project aims to bring businesses and workers closer to pension and welfare-related topics, promoting greater awareness of their rights, responsibilities, and available tools. The event served as an informative and educational occasion to enhance understanding of the regulations and services provided by INPS.

Paolo Olimpieri, Director of the INPS office in Reggio Emilia, opened the session and introduced a rich agenda. Topics discussed included the use of INPS digital platforms, access to contribution statements, insurance status classification, sick leave entitlements, and related regulations.

The choice of Ognibene Power as the venue for the event was not random: due to its size and social-economic impact in the region, the company is seen as a strategic partner in promoting a widespread and engaged pension culture.

The project will continue next week with a second session dedicated to the company’s HR team and management. During this follow-up event, INPS representatives will provide targeted consulting on specific technical matters, with the goal of preventing potential irregularities and improving the efficiency of the company’s social security practices.
