Global Key Account Manager

Job description

We are seeking a talented and driven Senior Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our sales team. As a KAM, you will play a crucial role in developing and nurturing relationships with our key clients. You will be responsible for maintaining and growing our existing client base, as well as identifying and securing new business opportunities.

 

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, managing all aspects of the client relationship
  • Develop account strategies, including account plans and revenue forecasts, to maximize growth potential
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and actively pursue cross-selling and up-selling opportunities

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience in key account management or a similar sales role, preferably in the hydraulic industry sector
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand complex client needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers
  • Proactive mindset with a demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive results
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
