10 Sep 2025 Ognibene China Team Building in Anji, Huzhou: Up the Peak

On September 5-6, 2025, the Ognibene China team travelled into Anji for a two-day immersive team building. Guided by the theme “Up the Peak,” employees participated in a series of collaborative challenges from strategy games to a thrilling river designed to strengthen communication, build trust, and unlock their collective potential. This journey into nature’s classroom proved that true miracles emerge when teams move forward with a single purpose.

The first day was filled with team-oriented activities designed to foster collaboration and communication. Through a series of interactive challenges, employees strengthened their connections and reinforced the importance of working together toward common goals.

As evening descended, a crackling bonfire and sizzling BBQ set a magical scene under the starlit sky. Laughter and stories flowed freely, and the night grew even brighter with a surprise birthday celebration for four teammates whose birthdays fell on the very days of the retreat—a moment of shared joy and genuine warmth made even more special by this wonderful coincidence.

The second day surged forward with the thrill of white-water rafting—a dynamic testament to teamwork. Paddling as one through rushing currents, the team embodied resilience and mutual support, truly bringing to life the belief: where there is unity, there is miracle.
