On November 15th, 2024, Ognibene India hosted its highly anticipated Family Day, a special occasion that brought together our employees and their families in a vibrant celebration of unity and appreciation. At Ognibene, we firmly believe that our employees’ families are an essential part of our extended organization family, and this event served as a joyful reminder of that deep connection.

The evening was officially opened by Irene Ognibene, who travelled from Italy to join the festivities, and Rajesh Tyagi, Managing Director of Ognibene India, who warmly greeted all attendees and set the tone for a memorable event.

A key highlight of the evening was the recognition of outstanding employees with awards for long service, exemplary attendance, and rising star achievements in 2024. It was truly inspiring to see so many dedicated people celebrated for their hard work and commitment to excellence.

The event was further enlivened by cultural performances, where employees and their families showcased their talents and creativity, making the celebration even more personal and meaningful. In addition to the performances, fun games and a special Children’s Day celebration added to the festive atmosphere, ensuring that everyone, young and old, had a memorable experience.
