Since 1953, when its founder Olmes Ognibene opened his first workshop for the construction of tractors and small agricultural machines in Correggio (Reggio Emilia), Ognibene Power has come a long way, becoming a global Group, worldwide recognized in the field of design, development and production of components for hydraulic steering systems (actuators and drive units), expanding and consolidating its market presence in many countries.
Under the leadership of Claudio Ognibene, President and CEO, the company has become a multinational company, while continuing to be family-run.
In 2003 Ognibene Power reached the highest share in the global market of hydraulic steering actuators for off-highway vehicles.
Proud of this milestone in its history, at the beginning of the new millennium the Company has embarked on a significant expansion path through the opening of new production branches in Brazil, India, China and North Carolina (USA) and representative offices in Japan and Germany, adding members to their already large family, which currently has around 1,720 employees.
